A different way to attend the WHEC-2024

WHEC-2024 will take place at the Hilton Tulum which is one of the newest hotels in the Mayan Riviera. This hotel is an international congress destination boasting world-class technological infrastructure, experienced staff, and a high-quality service it offers to visitors.

The Hilton Tulum is an all-inclusive hotel, meaning that all Food and Beverage is included in the rate, this means that there are not additional charges and that you can chose from a variety of restaurants and bars. This also means that while you attend the WHEC academic conferences and expo, your family can enjoy the facilities of the hotel such as the beach, swimming pool and recreational areas.

How to reach the Hilton Tulum?

• From Cancun Airport: It takes 1.5 hours from Cancun International Airport to the Hilton Tulum. Transportation alternatives are Airport Official Taxis, Private Transportations, Shared Official Taxis or Buses that can leave you in Tulum Town (20 min by car) or Playa del Carmen (25 min by car).

• From Tulum Airport: Tulum International Airport will open its doors on December 1st. This new airport is a few minutes away from the Hilton Tulum. Transportation alternatives are Official Airport Taxis and Private Transportations. Please check with your airline because every week more and more routes are frequencies are added.

We highly recommend that you stay at the Hilton Tulum because of its convenience and location.  If you chose to stay outside the Hilton Tulum you would need to acquire a day pass for each day that you attend the conference or exhibition floor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Hilton is an All-Inclusive hotel. Therefore, in order to attend the conference you need to be a guest in the hotel, or hold a Day Pass.

Notice: We regret to inform you that there are no more Day Passes available due to the high demand and the limited number of passes. We encourage you to take advantage of the Hilton because it is an all-inclusive hotel, this means that you do not need to pay for extras in Food and Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, and Coffees and Snacks.
